I am having a problem with a controlling husband who goes everywhre with me no matter where. We recently went through a property own situation where he actually violated my rights as a property owner . He has in 95 broken my shoulder, collar bone and separated sternum with rupturing 2 neck vertebrae.
I can not leave and leave my animals with no place to go. He won't. Last time the incident happened, the police had him drive me to the hospital when I called 911.
What options do I have

Go to a shelter and find a home for your animals.

How many animals do you have and what kinds?
Have you talked with a lawyer yet? Many do free consultations, even by phone.

I have 3 dogs and several cats; 7 thoroughbreds with one in foal; and 2 mini horses. All horses are registered. I am owner and trainer. Husband is owner with me on 2 of them. The infoal and her mother. These are race horses. The farm is a stable by business name.
I do all work involved with them.
The property was bought years ago with my credit and monies from injuries that I received.
I have been subjected ot much abuse from this person and can not handle any more.
No I couldn't even get help when I called the 911, they let him drive me to hospital. Since that time, I have slept with keys in pocket and fully clothed inorder to get away .
Going to a shelter is out of the question and finding homes for my horses animals is out of the question. There surely is something that can be done without me having to be the one to continue to suffer at the aabuse and victimization of this man.

A shelter is out of the question and a home for the animals is out. I have invested too much to continue to be victimized and abused in this manner . I surely have some kind of rights against this kind of treatment.

I'm going to ask if your thread should be moved to a legal board where it will be seen more readily.
