Do you post under another name? Your "style" is familiar, also the "x" at th end.

What type of help do you need? An entire explanation, an opening word or two or line?

What grade? I write like a college graduate so that may not help you.

I am as perplexed as Judy is. Do you want help understanding the sentence?

I just Googled "P E E" and found out:

PEE is an essay-writing technique used in English.

* Point - Make a point. This can be anything from a short sentence to a few lines.
* Evidence - Quote the text. The quote needs to be related to the point you made.
* Explanation - Explain the quote, what it means, how it works, and how it backs up the point you made originally.

I guess the new slogan at school is, "When writing an essay, remember to PEE."

School used to be so boring back when I was a student...

On the floor - my mother used to say that before I left for school. I guess I misunderstood what she meant.

Laugh of the day.

You've given us the Evidence (the quote). What Point did you want to make? Once you have that figured out, you will be able to give (and we can help you with) an Explanation.

Nope, two homework questions (one pulled), one "dislike" and... poof!

Gee, and I had even put my glasses on and made myself a cup of coffee (and grabbed a couple of cookies), figuring we had some serious work ahead of us.
