Hi-i had extractions done on my four bottom teeth and my very last bottom tooth last Friday. I feel a little bump that is not painful but a white tongue developed just today. When I was trying to rinse a day after extractions I had throbbing pain in the front. I am very worried that something is wrong. This has been the fourth day after extractions.
