I am 3 months and 3 days pregnant. I am hemorrhage on both sides of the baby sac. I stay in very bad pain everyday all day, the pain comes and goes off and on all day. Everyone is telling me to wait to see if they will close up on there on. I didn't think that was a good thing to do. The reason why cause I though if I am hemorrhage around the sac can't that infect my baby some kind of way? I don't know what to do, but what my doctor is saying just don't seem right to me.

Hi anewstart,
I can imagine how upsetting it must be to hear such news about your pregnancy. I know it seems as though something should be done, but your doctor is correct, it really is a matter of waiting to see how things go.
Some women will have bleeding in early pregnancy or off and on at other times. Often it is caused by bleeds related to the placenta and these are usually reabsorbed.
There can be some risks depending on the cause and what happens with it, so your doctor will likely keep a check on how you are doing. Be sure to follow any directions they might give you regarding what activities you should probably refrain of doing until the bleeding stops and they feel everything is OK.
