Hi, I am a 24 yr old female. Two years ago I suffered a DVT and PE (Blood clot in leg that dislodged to my lungs).. because of the medication I was on, my docs put me on pills to stop my period (blood thinners bleeding= not cool). But, since then I have had VERY irregular periods.. like three a year. So far this year (2011) I've had one in January, May, and the most recent being September 5th, all lasting 5-7 days each. My husband and I would love to have a baby, and I'm experiencing some possible pregnancy symptoms (fatigue, nausea and vomitting, breast tenderness, which I don't have with my period) and I had what I suspect to be implantation bleeding. On Oct 28th - 30th I experienced dark brown spotting and whenever I wiped, there was a thick discharge with hints of pink (TMI, I know.) I mistook it for the possible start of a period, but nothing happened.. no usual cramps.. no real bleeding..
How would I know when to test, and how can I even calculate when I ovulated, if I even did during this "cycle" if I may call it that... LMP - Sept. 5th Suspected Implantation - Oct. 28th. I did an HPT ystdy (Nov 28th) and got a very faint positive. I'm so used to things being out of the ordinary with me that I don't know what to think of the results or if to just go to the doc... after going through what I have, my least favourite thing is going to the doc's office.. they're tired of me too :P
Anyhoo.. any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for taking the time to read all this also...
