Yesterday was my first time to ever have sex and we didn't use any protection.. The next day I had stomach aches.. My cherry never popped but I think its because I may have vaginismus cause I have never been able to wear tampons cause it always hurt when I tried to put one in and when he tried to put his penis in it hurt so I stopped him... But we kept going and I think he ejaculated around my vagina... Is there a possibly chance I could be pregnant or have vaginismus? P.S. I'm 19

Pregnancy would be possible, simply because you had sex. You wouldn't experience any symptoms right away however. The stomachache may have been due to the recent sex, especially since you likely were tense due to the discomfort.

Vaginismus is a possibility but it may simply be due to concern you have of anticipating pain. Since you are sexually active, it would be wise to speak to a gyn for an exam and discuss any concerns that you might have.
