I saw a movie probably in the 80s that I really can't figure out-there is a family going on a family trip or something & the two younger kids tie the older daughters shoelaces together-they are in an accidednt & the older one can't get out of car & dies. She comes back as a ghost to the younger sister & convinces her to torment the family. The sister runs a pizza cutter up the railing of the stairs. At the end the ghost comes back to the foot of the parents bed. Please help me figure it out!
