Hi I reacently fell in love with someone and he is a us military and he is base in afghanistan (kabul) and wanting to come to me in australia for he's leave but in order to do that he needs BTA to travel to me and because of him not compleating he's mission, Is this true that the US Army need this BTA as off use sucurity reason
