My brother and his wife are brainwashing my daughter what do I do I need help this hurts me everyday

My daughter lives with my brother cause he said I had to give him custody when I went to have surgey so he could take care of her now he won't let me have her back and she is seven he won't let me see her because of his wife she tells him what to do and I did see my daughter one day and she said mommy I love you and my brothers wife told my seven year old that I'm not her mom that she is and if she called me mom again she would get in trouble for it and my daughter has seziers and they won't give her the meds she needs and my brother wife tell her daughter to smack my daughter in the mouth when she is having a sezier I love my daughter so much I miss her and its hard for me to get her back cause every time I go to court my brother moves and I afraid that one of these days I'm going to get a call saying my daughter has passed away that they have killed her and then I'm going to end up in jail please help please please I need someone to talk to I can't sleep all I do I think about how my daughters doing is she OK is she safe but I know she's not safe

How did you give her custody, did you go though court and get a court order ? Or did you just give guardianship. Or perhaps did you not really give them anything, but something you signed on a piece of paper that was never taken to court ?

I went to the court and gave my brother full custody I was in the hospital for six months I had to and only my brother has custody not his wife
