I am a 23 year old female and recently I gained 10kg and my boobs went from a C cup to a DD it was pretty pain full, but last night I got this stabbing pain under my arm in line with my nipple on both sides it felt like some one was shoving a knife in my ribs, it lasted for about 10 seconds then went away then it came back and spread right down both sides and in towards my stomach, do you think I have the pain because of the weight gain? Or is it something more serious? Please don't say any thing rude or mean
