I watched a movie years ago... Plot is like this... Young couple were looking for a house in the city they can afford. Somebody suggested wonderful house outside city for the price less that 2 times of normal. But there was a catch: this house was a part of closed community with a number of rules they even did not read carefully. Happy, they moved in, and soon realized that they are under 24-hours surveillance; they found cameras in their bedroom and everywhere. Community officials met them on street and gave advise and threaten them. Neighbors were afraid even to talk about it, and they started investigation, then fight against rules. Thriller/horror type film with deaths, running away... Happy end.
