Can anyone tell me where the nearest Portuguese consulate to Scotland is in the UK.
What is required to renew a passport and are you able to make appointments to renew a passport or is it a case of lining up early in the morning.
My passport expires in middle of this year, I also have an ID card which expires at the end of the year.
