A 75.0 kg. firefighter climbs a flight of stairs 10.0 meters high. How much work is required?

The work performed is equal to the force the firefighter must overcome times the distance he travels while doing it. The force he must overcome is is own weight, and you have been told he climbs up 10 meters. Can you take it from here?
