My best friend is dateing a year 9 but she doesn't love him he cept asking her out on Facebook she said no but he still asked his brother like her to and asked her to have sex she said NO but his bro still asked her out she finally said yes to stop him bugging her he wanted it to be a scret is he stalking her ?
Then he told her to keep it quiet because it might be allegael ! I think he's a pidafile she told me then she said she was scared
What should I do to help her what should she do ?1

How old is everyone involved and where do you live? Laws vary by location.

No matter what else she should not be having sex with someone she doesn't want to be with.
Quite frankly, since birth control is not 100% effective, she shouldn't be having sex at all. I highly doubt she wants to be a parent at this point in her life (nature seems to take pleasure in proving people wrong when they think they won't get pregnant.)
Tell her to stop all contact with these people. She can de-friend them and then she doesn't have to be bothered by them. She controls who she talks to and goes out with. She can stop it. If she is afraid of them/him, she can talk to someone in authority such as her parents, a teacher, a counselor, etc. and that person can handle it.

You need to contact an Adult that you trust, or even better tell the police. She needs to shut off ALL contact with this man. Please tell Her this,

Well, first off, 7-9 year olds shouldn't be having sex in the first place. And if you really believe this boy is stalking her, you should go to your parents and she should stop all contact with him. I hope this helped you.

For clarification: 'year 7 and 9' are grade levels in school not the ages of the people involved.
