I got married a year ago and since then we have been practicing unprotected sex. I wished to get pregnant every time but never proved to be fruitful. We have sex almost in every two days and most of the times we end up doing multiple times. Simultaneously I have very irregular menstrual cycle and is difficult to predict. I bleed for 3 days only and then it ceases, no matter how long was the gap in between two periods. Whenever we have sex he leaves his semen inside however I find most of the liquid coming out as soon as he withdraws. My husband is of thin built and his semen is also quite dilute (a little heavier then water). I am afraid to go out for a medical examination. This might result a lot of tension if they come up being negative. What should I do? How can I expect a baby ?

Unless and until both you and your husband are examined by a Physician and the appropriate tests are conducted any of "us" would be guessing.
Step one is often checking your husband's semen. You are not necessarily the first person to see a Physician. Perhaps regulating your menstrual cycle will make a difference.
I have read that if no pregnancy occurs within two years you should both be checked.
I would see a Physician to regulate your periods and discuss pregnancy at that time.

And of course not having a regular cycle and unable to predict your most fertile days is another issue.
Also having too much sex, yep, I know when my wife and I were trying to conceive ( we were using a doctor) we could not have sex for a week or so before the fertile times .
