I wanted to sell my house, and was asked by a real estate person to singh my property into a corperation which they own. After 5 months of still receiving mortgage notices from the bank, I went to the house and saw it being rented by the corporation, however no payments was made to the bank or myself. When I tried contacting the real estate reps they did not respond. I realized now that it is best to get the property back in my name and cut dealings w/ these people. Also the corporation which they had me sighn my property into has been inactive since 1992. This is in New York city. Please advise the best way to get control of my property again.
