How do I add to my existing 220 volt electric dryer outlet four additional separate 220 volt outlets?

You don't. If you did it the way you want you would grossly overload the circuit. You add the 240 VAC circuits from the breaker box. Each outlet will require 2 breakers. What are you trying to do that requires 4 240VAC circuits?
