I have a heat pump less than a year old. Came home to a cold house last night. Outside unit fan was running but fluid lines were iced over (outside temp around 34 Degrees) inside air handler was running but only cold air was coming out of vents. Switched on emergency heat and still just cold air. Tripped main heat pump breaker in breaker box and also breaker on air handler, still just cold air. Turned unit off for the night, turned back on this morning and same thing. Removed panel on outside unit to try to find "reset" button but can't find anything, just wires and a circuit board.

Any suggestions? I have a RUUD model 13PJL30A01, does anyone know if this unit would have a reset button and where would it be found?
