I changed my thermostat (L248-80F) with a L250-40F and now it won't run. It ran before with the old one but just didn't heat up. Apparently the new thermostat caused some damage but I don't know what kind of damage. Why would it stop running now with the new one? The model is a magic chef model number is YE205KV.
