I recently bought a hampton bay outdoor post lamp model#hb7017p-06 and when I was installing the light one of the pieces of glass was cracked and missing a couple of brass srews that holds the top on over the light bulb.Is there anyway I can get these items?

Just take it back to HD and get a new one.

Update: The OP sent an email making it sound like he thought he was on the Hampton Bay customer service site. Additionally, he said that he was mostly done with installation and didn't want to break everything down in order to get the parts replaced.

I emailed him.

A local hardware store should be able to size the screws for you. Just take them the piece in question. :)
