a) calculate slack on activities not on the critical path
b) calculate the probability that a project will be completed within its budget
c) calculate pessimistic and optimistic activity times
d) determine which activity should be crashed
e) none of these

We won't do your homework questions for you.
You were given the assignment for you to learn.

If you come up with your own answer and post it for us to critique that is within reason.

If you have some SPECIFIC questions that you couldn't find or didn't understand, we may help with that.
But this is your assignment, so show us you have at least attempted to complete it on your own.

Thank you.

#1. I believe it is C. Since it is calculating which each one of these.
#2. I believe it is C also. Since calclulating the pessimistic and optimistic activity times will give you the activity time within the equation you are trying to solve.

But for some reason I am second guessing myself. These questions are on a practice test. But we are aloud to use any information we can on our final (which is 4 hours long). So I want to make sure I have everything correct in case one of these questions were to actually come up. Thanks for the help.
