Initiating conversation is the first hurdle you must overcome. Just ask her and get it over with... at least if she says no you will not be ruminating over her and you will have your answer. I was also once shy with the ladies, I am empathetic with what you are going through. I would ask her out when she is by herself just say something such as, "Hey would you like to have dinner with me sometime in the near future?" If she says "Yes" then you respond with "then it's a date". Basically you want to get your foot in the door... once someone agrees to something small they are much more likely to agree to more requests afterwards. Foot in the door technique... it works more than it fails.

You just ask her... Show some confidence, yet be natural, be yourself.
Keep this in mind: You have nothing to lose but everything to gain!
If not, trust me, you'll have huge regrets after.

Good luck!

It depends on how your relationship is with her
If you are aquantinces always smile and say hello and ask her how she is .
Try not to make too much of an effort make sure its casual .
Tell her that you are going to have a boring weekend and ask her if she feels like doing anything with u . By the way if you casually touch her shoulder and give contact she will really like that
