I had listen this song years ago... but I can only remember few parts of the video.
This is what I remember:

The video contained dogs and cats, moving their heads to the rhythm of the song... it was on a house... rainy day. Hip Hop - Rap. Listened to that song before 2006.
Similar voice to Shaggy.
