Harley davidson heritage softail, 1998 was working fine and now just will not start, battery is fine

I have a 2003 fat boy. Was running fine and all of a sudden it seems to be not getting fuel and cutting out. It will eventually die. After it sits for a little while it will start back but then dies again within a minute or so?
