I just bought a condo with a Harbor Breeze fan in the living room that has both a down light and up light and is remote controlled. The fan runs fine and the down light operates correctly with the dimmer switch and remote control, however, I can't get the up lights to come on. I've replaced all of the bulbs and tried every combination of light switches imaginable, but can't get them to work. Any help is greatly appreciated.
