I have a Kenmore side by side model 795. Ice freezes mechanism turns but ice does not fall into ice storage. Tray returns to position, water pours over already made ice and into freezer compartment. Any ideas how to fix this?

Sounds like the gears have stripped out. I would get a new one because when that happens it's due to the tray getting too rough for ice to slide out. If you fix it it will fail again quickly. DrTom4444
