How can I tell if this girl from Ghana is for real and is the woman in the pics she sent me, as I haven't seen her on webcam yet?

You can usually tell by the picture. But also in how she speaks. If she says she's in trouble needs a place to crash, or she can't pay her bills she needs help id say run!
