1000 keys per hour =? (how much WPM)

I will have to guess this is a home work question, since no one would really be typing that slow and keys per hour is not a normal way ( at any place I know) to rate typing.

You need to use how many letters are in a average word.
That will give you words per hour. How many minutes in a hour ? And you get words per hour.
