I had a baby in November 2006.. this is my 3rd child, so of course the weight is hard to lose.. im use to weighing 103lbs and right now I'm at 119 and freaking out. I'm 5'1... and I'm almost 22 years old... ive heard that situps don't really do much in some articles, and other I'm reading that it's the best thing... so, I'm looking for advice from people with experience on how to tone this tummy of mine.. I wouldn't mind the weight gain if it wasn't just flab like it is lol.. help please! Any weight lose or tummy toning advice you can give me will be GREATLY appreciated!!

Ok the best way i know to loose weight that has worked for me is to climb up and down stairs walk around do situps and yeah cause that's what i did and i have lost like 40 lbs so try that then tell me how it worked for you.

You are right that just trying to target the stomach area with just situps won't do it all for you. That stubborn area is one of the toughest areas to keep lean looking. If you have the opportunity, then running is the way to go. It really burns fat and that is what you need to do. Female bodies tend to store excess fat in the butt and the stomach and thighs. Try to read the labels of the foods you eat and pick the ones with the least amount of fat content in them. Try to keep your calorie intact to probably no more then 1200 for your size. Those drinks called Slimfast can really be useful because they provide you with essential body needs but help you to lose weight. And to be honest 119 doesn't sound all that bad. You may be harder on yourself then you realize. -- Ace
