How much of my ssi can they make me pay out of my ssi. She wants money but does not want me to see my child at all. I send money and she still does not let me see my daughter. When ever I send money its always thanks the mother needed to buy herself something never what was purchessed for the child

Do you have any way to justify these statements? If you do then make sure the evidence makes it into your hearing. If not a solid fact then it may not even be worth mentioning.

Yea I get moneyorders, and my family is testifying what has been said when we meet for the money exchange and also testifying about not getting any visits with my daughter for they past three years. She turns 3 next month and the mother left me when she was 6 months. I used to paint houses having my own bisness and now my heart is bad off. May have to have a heart transplant if it gets worse from what the doctors say.

You need to be able to provide statements proving what you say,not only about money paid for the child, but also the fact that you say the mother has this for herself.

Obviously you have receipts for all the money orders, which will show dates on a regular basis.
You say that you have witnesses to this, mainly your family, however is there someone other than family that can also testify?

All you can do is take all of your statements and receipts to the court hearing, plus anyone who will testify on your behalf.
The court will then come to a conclusion.

The one querry that I do have is.. what reason does your baby mother have for stopping you visiting your child and can this be used against you!!
Perhaps you should pay some attention to this and to what may be said in court.
