I'm 21, vegetarian and drink alcohol pretty frequently. Other than alcohol, I drink nothing other than water. Occasionally juice, but mainly water. I've had stomach problems since I was little and all my parents ever tell me is I just have a weak stomach and that's all. Of course when I was little I listened to them but as I grew up and still felt all these pains I think about it a lot more. I constantly have cramps/pain and am almost always bloated. My stomach is always making gurgly noises, but sometimes they get extremely loud and last about 15 seconds. It makes my life very awkward and I do anything to avoid being in silent situations. I get extreme anxiety when I am in a silent setting because I know everyone will hear it and just be in shock by how obnoxious it is. Does anyone have any idea what this could be.

Since you are a vegitarian this could be related to the foods you eat. Particularly gassy foods as far as the stomach growing goes.

As for the pain, you really need to seek medical attention for this as pain is a symptom that tells us something is not right. Unfortunately we cannot diagnose via the internet so I would suggest you seek help from a gastroenterologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
