I pay my child support and my kids health care. But can I sign parental rights if I cannot speak, have a say on their education or even be made aware of any medical concerns. I cannot talk to my kids without being supervised by my ex and her parents. I agreed for them to leave Tx and now in order to see my kids I now have to pay for their transportation. My ex does not work she lives off her parents. I don't want to loose my kids but what is the point of paying for kids I can't talk too or even see.

No you can not "sign away your rights, unless she has a new partner wanting to adopt.

And you are not required to use any right, just pay the support ordered.

And no, unless the court ordered supervised visits because you are a threat, you are not required to be supervised, if she is not giving you or allowing you proper visits, you take her back to court *** I am assuming you got court ordered visitation.
