I have been in a love with a girl since last 5 years! We are best friends too.. earlier when I proposed her, I came to know she already has a boyfriend. She broke up with him somehow and before 2 months she said she will be happy to have me as her boyfriend.

Suddenly she said she wants a break. I reacted calmly and asked why she wants break and for how much time? She didn't answer anything. She said she wants break for sometime. Does she really love me?

I suggested her we can be in a relationship and sort this out but she didn't listen. I have not contacted her since a week neither has she. Its really difficult to live without her. I love her like crazy, she knows that too. Does she really love me, or it's the goodbye from her? What should I do?

I know its tough to get dumped, AND lose a good friend, but you have to leave her alone and let this go, and regroup after you heal. Sounds like a rebound type of thing and she didn't feel as strongly as you did and was maybe lonely after her break up.

Its sucks, but happens that way sometimes, and I am sorry you have to go through this.

Keep the no contact up, this is a break up, don't wait, just move on and redo your life. You will get over this, no matter how in love you are, this things happen. It never gets easier with a fresh break up, but it will get easier to deal with this one in the future, just give it time.

Aren't you tired of being bounced around like a ball? If you take her back she will do this again, and again, and again.
