I am trying to remember the name of a movi: the action happens probably between the World wars, he is a music writer, gay but he marries wit a very beautiful woman (she knows about being gay)- they are best friends, he fells from his horse and gets a severe injury and she is taking care of him, and they get old together, she gets sick of lung cancer and she continues to smoke and he takes care of her. He makes a song for her, and he is singing it and playing the piano she sits next to him while playing.
