As long as it is not inflamed or turning a redish purple and there is no green/yellow pus coming out you are OK. I had the same white goo in all on my 8 ear piercings and my eyebrow and lip. Just keep it clean and don't play with it

You should try by spraying some special ear antispetic on it, if it does not change then go back to the place you got it pierced from and see what they say. If it becomes worse and painful you should see your doctor.
