Its been about 8months since I've been able to sleep without being disturbed by a "strong presence" I can only describe it as.. In my room. Its absolutely terrifying at night.
I was feeling a strong presence even before something happened to me about 7months ago. We're renting a house in a town in Victoria. ANYWAY.. Me and my best friend at the time thought we'd take a bath with our bikini's on (being typical girls) and because I trusted her so much I started telling her all the feelings I was getting, and feeling like I was being watched & followed. And we got into a deep conversation about ghost's, demon's, the devil and such :-\
I remember CLEARLY (I wouldn't lie about this) that same strong presence was there in the small room, both doors were SHUT.. A towel literally flew across the room, looking like it was being pulled or something.
I only can't describe it but it was terrifying!
Ever since that night, I feel it in my room, every night.
I change my furniture around in my room so it faces the door so I can see what comes in and what goes out. I feel like its terrorising me and I'm scared.
I've told Mum, but mum can't do anything about it apparently -.-
I've also heard sneezing, coughing and shuffling of feet I'm certain its "something"
What the hell do I do!

On the other hand, it may be someone trying to communicate with you. If you are feeling brave, you could ask it what it wants and why it's here with you. This takes a lot of nerve so don't feel bad if you can't do that.

But above all else tell it to go to into the light when you do your clearing. Don't just banish it from the house - send it to the other side where it can find peace.

This made perticular sense to me cause I'm a big scary cat.

Last night.. listen to this..
I had something 'BANG, BANG, BANG, BANG' destinctively on my window right next to my head so it would wake me. I was in tears. Its terroising me.
Mum had enough as well. She took me to her friends house, her names Liz, and she's a strong believer of Christian grounds. Anyway she was praying for me and I felt HEAPS of pressure on my throat, almost as if someone was strangling me and my head dropped. Then I felt 4things almost like massive air bubble things come up from my throat into my mouth and I opened my mouth.

I seriously can't describe what's happening to me but its all real and I know it's there.
I also woke up heaps last night when I went home and at about 12:30 at night I woke up to a "Hovering" sound.. it got louder until I repeated "Jesus jesus jesus jesus jesus jesus" over and over cause I didn't know what to do! And it went away.

Do you think it's a bad spirit?

Yes, this is a bad spirit. Most of them are. I think with the whole episode with your mom's friend you're beginning to see the bigger picture here. This stuff is real... and it is religious in nature. I might disagree with Allone in that these spirits CAN and do have rights in people's lives... that is why they are there. If it couldn't be there... it wouldn't be. Spirits operate on legalities and there are spiritual laws they are bound to. My advice is to skip the cleansing rituals... hit it right on target with the one authority it is bound under. If you want this out of your life... Jesus is the one the help will be found under. I know this for a fact as I have not only experienced these things... but dealt victoriously with them.

I suppose here, as in every aspect of life, is a great opportunity for people to read all the answers and choose to and pick what resonates with them. And our free will on this planet DOES override anything or anyone - that is my known fact.

I believe more often than not the spirits are going to be geared more towards a person than a room or house. Yes, they quite often dwell in homes and in certain areas of the house... but it is with humanity that they desire to make contact with. I might not say so strongly it is "after" you... but it does desire to influence you... THAT is there goal.
