My one year old son has lumps on the inside of each foot they are quarter sized and are hurting him I don't know what to do?

Did you ever end up finding out what it was? My 1 yr old son has the same thing & I'm wondering if it has anything to do w/him being bull-legged & pigeon-toed. Dr/Ped doesn't think it's a big deal, but it affects his walking. Someone please let me know. Thank you.
