If I took the plan b pill on the 9/29 and I had intercourse on the 9/25 and took a pregnancy test on the 10/16 and it was negative is it correct? Or should I wait till missed period I'm expecting it on the 28th... I've had very tender breast... throwing up... nausea... shaking... Weakness... headaches... intercourse bleeding... irregular bleeding.. my boyfriend thinks it's a cyst or a ulcer or acid reflex... which is most accurate?

You really waited almost too long to take Plan B, the longer you wait, the less effective it is. Some experts say to take it within 72 hours and even then it is less effective with time.
But either way, you have to wait till after you were suppose to have your next period to do a pregnancy test.
Also plan B can effect your period for the next couple of cycles also.

Tiffani,
I know you are feeling very anxious about the possibility of being pregnant and what is going on with your body. As was said, you will really need to wait until when your period would normally be due and see what happens.
Since you took the plan b, albeit a bit later than suggested, and head bleeding for a number of days, odds are that you are not pregnant. The bleeding from intercourse on the 14th of October was probably left from the bleeding you had been having in the previous days.
Your best bet would be to go see your doctor and have a check-up. They will do a pregnancy test for you in the office, or possibly have you take a blood test. They can also do an exam to determine if a cyst or something else may be the cause.
It would certainly be worth the peace of mind to know for sure.
