I living in toronto. I am the only one who have the lease of the apartment that I renting and I want my roommate ( she is payment month by month )to move out. My roommate she told that she going to move at the end of her last month of rent. What happen if she does not want to move out. Please I need help.

Even though she has told you that she is going to move out you have nothing in writing. You should give your roommate a written notice now that her tenancy is terminated and she must move out within 30 days. If she hasn't moved out by then you will have to file a lawsuit for eviction.
