I am installing a new service upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp my breaker box is 30 feet away from the meter box. Is the meter box fused after the meter to the breaker box or is it a pull switched

Not sure what you mean by "pull switched".

Is the 30 feet of feeder inside or outside the structure?
