I had a call yesterday for some court fines dated back to 1991 20 years ago and that they won't there money is there a statue of limitation for that I live in ontario thanks

A court imposed fine is not like a regular debt and does not fall under the statute of limitations. Additionally, it cannot be discharged in bankruptcy.
