There's a boy who's at my class in school and he likes me.Many of the boys in my class tell me this because he asks them for advice on how to impress me... etc
But the thing is he won't talk to me, I catch him staring at me from time to time but he either looks away or I do. He never speaks to me, he only speaks to the people around me.

Have you tried initiating a conversation? He may just be shy.
