In the bath room why would hat water come out of the sink but not the shower.. When I turn the shower handle to hot nothing comes out?

Most likely the shower spindle hot water spool has seized or gotten clogged.

The only way to fix this will be to disassemble the valve and pull the cartridge assembly out and see if you can clean/clear it of any sediment/debris.

While the cartridge is out, turn the water on for a couple seconds to clear the lines at this time.

Reassemble and see if that resolved the issue. If the issue remains unsolved then, most likely, you'll need a new cartridge assembly.
