It's been five months and he now owes $9,000 and refuses to pay. I filed a contempt of court order paperwork and the law has made four attempts to serve him but was unsuccessful. What can I do next? Can I file a child abandonment warrant or just file another contempt of court paperwork again until they reach him? Also is there a way to get his drivers license suspended due to non payments?

If there is a court order for support and it isn't being paid, in most areas, you need to go back to the court for such actions like contempt or sanctions like suspending a driver's license. Or there may be an agency in your area (many US states have them) who's function is to help collect support.
