I got diagnosed with depression last year I've been finiding it hard some days I'm OK but most days I feel I don't want to be alive anymore. I don't know why I feel like this all the time I can't say I'm happy anymore. I've also been in a relationship with my boyfriend and I find it hard to speak to him as I am emtionally unstable he says I push him away but don't mean to I'm just finiding it hard to deal with.

Following diagnosis for depression what occurred? Are you currently prescribed any medication... attend counseling, etc. Please provide your age as well. It could be significant in your complaint.

I'm going through the same thing right now. And how I've been dealing with it is just removing all the things in my life that make me unhappy. Or you could write everything down that is bothering you and try to find a resolution for it. I hope you get to feeling better!
