A bank got a judicial foreclosure against me and the amount was erroneous. I had to pay an attorney thousands of dollars that I didn't have to get the lien down several thousand dollars. Can I now sue this stupid bank to get my attorney fees returned? And damages?
It seems like banks can do just what they want to and no one can fight them. I am tired of banks taking advantage of everyone.
Thanks for any advice.

I would say so. All sorts of horror stories have been in the news and I think courts are sympathetic. Be sure you sue for the current legal fees as well as the old ones. Getting paid is another matter... it can be so difficult that a lot of people just give up, which is what they hope for.

My question is how did they do this, you were served paper work of a hearing, and if you had showed up you would have known.

So do you mean to say that you did not go to the first hearings for the judgement ?
