I was driving my car into very narrow street cars parked on both sides of the road, then I saw another can coming with quiet high speed towards me.Decided to back up slowly to let him pass through first.
At the same time, someone behind me turned and accidentally crashed into her car.
There was no visible damage to hers and my car,but the woman threatened that I will pay for causing this situation.
No police was involved only withnesses of this accident were her two kids ,boy(8)girl(11) and my girlfriend.
I must add that all three of them were using very strong words (bit shocking to hear from 11 years old girl ,f.. Your face'')and the driver(female) asked my girlfriend to step out of the car.

I did not report this accident to my insurance company.Did not want to loose my no claim bonus.
Unfortunately she reported me.I know this is partially my failt, but there was no damage to any of the cars.

Do you think I have any chances in small claims court>

If there is no damage to any of the cars, and just a misadventure into bad judgment, I don't understand why you need small claims court. If there was no damage, luka, what did she report? Your insurance company can't judge anything if no damage.

I know it is unfortunate but would think best to let sleeping dogs lie, but she sounds like an accident waiting to happen; your g/f was a witness to it all though.

Is she sueing you ?

Sorry you tried to be cheap and not call police to save a little bit on your insurance.

First you were backing up and as a formal police officer with what little you said, this is YOUR fault, the on coming car has nothing to do with it. If YOu could not go forward, you should have just stopped.

The car turning had no way to know you were backing on the street.

If she sues you, turn it over to the insurance company,

There is no requirement to call the police if there is no injury and no damage over the state requirements to call the police.

I don't know what you would sue for. If there were no injuries, no damage, what did she report?

I'm a liability investigator. You were backing up. For whatever reason you didn't see her OR when you did see her you didn't have enough time to stop.

Either way the blame is yours. An insurance company might decide 60/40 (60% your fault).

Do mean that you crashed into the car being driven by the driver behind you? (You left out that; making it very confusing.)

...
... and the driver(female) asked my girlfriend to step out of the car.
...

What for? I hope that your GF refused to do so.

And what does this have to do with the story, anyway?

Of course. If there was no damage, she can't successfully sue you, in small claims court or elsewhere.
