Around this time last year One pimple I received was hard and unpoppable
So I ignored it

But after a few months it doubled in size and became light red
I tried popping it using a tip of a cleaned needle but a drop of blood came out instead of pus

So here I am today with a large ugly unpoppable pimple like thing on the skin of my penis
I noticed two more tiny hard unpoppable ones starting to grow a few weeks ago
One I managed to pull off (ouch) and the other one is still there

To be quite frank, they are probably from masturbating, and the worse thing you can do is try to get rid of them by sticking needles in them, or even squeezing them. You are opening yourself up to infection should you do this too often. There is nothing inside those bumps but a substance like fat. They are quite common.

They aren't filled with 'puss', nothing to do with infection, but by trying to get rid of them may cause infection, especially in that area, so leave them alone. You can't get rid of them, they disappear on their own, and would go entirely if you were not masturbating.
