Lost my Air Climber workout dvd!What could I do?

Make up your own. As a suggestion, try going full belt on the climber for one minutes, going as hard as you can, no holding back at all. Then have a couple of minutes at a slower, easy pace. Then another minute of sprinting up the stairs, then two easy minutes. Repeat six times.
