I can have water flowing from my shower head and hand held on their own, but when I pull out the diverter to send water to the tub, it continues to flow from the shower head. How do I get a "tub only"? Moen suggested that the diverter needed to be reinstalled. (turned)

Is the diverter on the tub spout or at shower valve, what is the model numbe of your shower valve?
